SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES Sole
Sponsorship - This
level of sponsorship is for that sponsor who wishes to take a direct stake in
the success of the race team. The
race team would be working exclusively for the sponsoring client and defer to
the client's wishes whenever possible. This
sponsor would have the right to review the race teams in-come and expenses.
This sponsor would provide a negotiated amount of support that would
cover at least 50% of the race team’s equipment needs and 50% of the travel
and 100% entry fees for events. All
equipment would remain the property of the race team unless specified otherwise. All points are negotiable but the package includes: - Input on which events and venues to race and or appear - Announced at
every event as title sponsor - Input on equipment purchases - Race boat and driver appearances (3 per season) - Driver clothing advertisements (all drivers) - Crew clothing advertisements (all crew) - Company logo on
all race boats - Company logo on
race trailer - Pit-side hosting (food and beverage for sponsor 2 events) - Pit-side advertisement campaigns (Banners displayed at
races) - Assistance in any other advertising
(on or off season Example Boat shows, trade show) - Unlimited use of any pictures or graphics of race team
(during contract period) - Web marketing on WWW.LIQUIDFORCERACING.COM
Package cost: not less than $5,000 per race season
+ negotiated expenses
Associate
sponsorship - This level of sponsorship is for that sponsor who wants a major
portion of the race team's effort directed to it's marketing goals. The race team would defer whenever possible to the marketing
goals of the sponsor. Since this is
considered only partial sponsorship other Associate Sponsor's needs would have
to be considered. This
sponsor would have input into the appearance of the race boat but not
necessarily into the race team generally. This
sponsorship is designed to divide the costs and benefits into 3rds. Package includes: - Race Boat and driver appearance (1 Per season) - Announced at
event as sponsor - Driver clothing advertisements - Crew clothing advertisements - Company logo on
all race boats - Pit-side advertisement campaigns (Banners displayed at
races) - Use of pictures or graphics of race team (during contract
period) - Web marketing on WWW.LIQUIDFORCERACING.COM
Package cost: $1000 Half
Season Sponsorship
- This sponsorship is the same as the associate sponsorship except in
length. Obviously fewer
promotions and less visibility would be provided due to the shortened contract
period. Certain specific
obligations of the race team would be negotiated to be completed during a given
part of the race season. This option is provided, in large part, so we will have
an opportunity to show you what we can do for your marketing efforts. Package could contain: - Driver clothing advertisements - Company logo on
two boats - Use of pictures or graphics of race team (during contract
period) - Web marketing on WWW.LIQUIDFORCERACING.COM Package cost: $500 Sticker
Sponsor - This is a simple and direct way to advertise
everywhere the race team goes. You,
with help from the race team if needed, develop a 4" x 8" sticker or
other advertisement to be placed prominently on the race boat or a banner.
For each event the boat attends you pay a flat fee.
You decide how many events to sponsor up-front and we maintain the
advertisement until the specified number of events have been attended. Package cost: $15 per sticker/event
(example 2 stickers 2 events =
$60) 10% discount over $150 20% discount for entire season (approx. 15 events) If the race team must provide/develop the sticker or advertisement: $50 minimum Custom Sponsorship Packages- If you don't see a package that fits your company's need we can make a package just for you. We are open to different Ideas and will work with you. We also do product sponsorship also.
